We did not like the location at all it was noisy, neighbourhood was awful with shouting swearing and drunkeness from the people in the block opposite. The bathroom had mould , loose electrical plates, rusty balcony furniture and rotting timbers so unable to use it. Dripping taps in the kitchen and bathroom shower taps were stiff to turn on and shower head dripped. We cleaned some of the scuff marks off the walls , Balcony windows needed cleaning. We were kept awake by banging and shouting at night then early morning noise from drilling and banging from building works and the neighbours from 5.45am

Location was excellent. I parked the car on Friday night and did not drive it until Monday morning. Easy access to the quay for boat trips, fishing etc., also short walk to station for visiting other locations Upchurch as Bournemouth and Weymouth. Many restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk.

Apartment nicley located for days out. Parking facilities are good, although the lights could be brighter at night for easier parking. Lovely apartment, the bedrooms had comfy beds & pillows & good storage. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of kitchen appliances, crockery, and utensils.
The bathrooms were clean with great sized towels, even towels for beach visits.
The apartment was clean and fresh when we arrived ready for us.
Shops are nearby for supplies when self-catering. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent holiday home a home away from home....really responsive host. Stayed with family and all loved it. Location is great! Spacious for the 7 of us!!

Great size property with well equipped kitchen and lounge. Very comfortable double bedroom with en-suite. Plus twin bedroom and shower room. The decking with table and chairs provided a view of the harbour with beach close by. The site had all necessary amenities and beautiful nature reserve which stretched down to the beach. All in all both the holiday home and the site make a great place to stay and relax.

A lovely holiday home, very clean when we arrived. We visited with friends and the kids loved the experience. The host were verry helpful with any questions. Well equipped with tea bags, toys, puzzles and games. We will be booking again sometime soon.
