Sarah and john made our stay absolutely fantastic due to my dad passing away in may he was due to come with us, so friendly best breakfast and black pudding and john special coffee for Lloyd and little touches in our room .nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful room in a beautiful house in a beautiful countryside. We didn't miss anything.
The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Set in a peaceful and rural location, which we loved, but with easy access to nearby towns and villages and all the places we wanted to visit during our stay. We loved hearing the birds, and the wind rustling through the trees. And especially, seeing all the animals, chickens and ducks. Everything we hoped for, and more.
Lovely location. Walking distance to a few beauty spots. Some lovely quaint villages nearby too. Close to Cuckmere and Seven Sisters. The food is exceptional. Rooms clean and modern.
It's a lovely setting - one of a number of holiday homes in the grounds of a small manor house. There are some beautiful gardens and landscaping around it.
It's a reasonably easy drive into Eastbourne from there, and it is reasonably well positioned for a number of sights in the area (miniature railway, Drusilla's, etc).
There are several pubs for food and shops within a few minutes drive - as well as a garden centre with retail outlets.
