Friendly, clean, comfortable, quiet location but near to town centre. Plenty of space for off-road parking.
It had an old fashioned feel about it in a good way ie friendly and accommodating. The owner cared about her guests.
We had a room with a good view of the garden and further afield.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We particularly liked the fruit salad.

A stunning B&B in a Georgian townhouse in the heart of Pickering with 5 minute walks to the castle and the historic railway line. Hosts very friendly, welcoming and professional. Lovely welcome touches such as cakes, sherry, fresh milk, DVDs to watch. Room was spacious and comfortable with a large shower. Breakfast was superb, private parking and a lovely garden.

The place was fantastic. Really clean, well furnished and comfortable. Owner was waiting when we arrived and was so helpful. Hot tub was fabulous and just what was needed.

Couldn't fault a thing. Very peaceful setting with just a few steps to the moors. Wonderful evening meal in the restaurant, all you could wish for at breakfast, lovely gardens and the hosts were lovely.

It was so beautiful, such a lovely cottage-y feel. Everything worked flawlessly (washer, hot water, comfy beds, plenty of spare linen etc) and unlike some of our previous stays at other holiday homes, this didn't come with a list of housekeeping duties for us to complete. Candy even left cupcakes for our arrival--truly, a lovely and considerate host and a gorgeous cottage.
Spacious, delightfully decorated and very comfortable. Everything that is needed in a holiday home is included and a bottle of milk and some tasty cupcakes were provided which was a nice touch.
