The location was fantastic although i would advise a sign as the property is located off a main and very busy road we had to ask for directions as we could not locate the entrance from the road as it was quite concealed. Peaceful location and lovely surrounding area to walk and very close car ride to Barmouth. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable with lovely views and everything you would require for an overnight stay.

Key box next to garage door so very quick and easy to access. If arriving in the dark make sure you have a torch though as the numbers are hard to read and very small! Embossed black on black background, but we managed ok and we arrived at 9.45 pm at the end of May so it was almost dark.
