Chris met us and was warm and welcoming. He gave us keys to our rooms and talked us through all the important things in the rooms and how to park our cars locally. During our stay nothing was too much trouble Location was central and rooms were huge with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly liked the little touches, like water in the bedrooms and a some snacks to go with the teas/coffees. Chris went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. They did an absolutely stellar job with redecorating the rooms and we especially loved the breakfast room/lounge.
I appreciated that the owner sent an email prior to our stay to inform us about directions and also dining options close by and reminded us to book dinner in advance.
We booked two rooms with one of them being absolutely stunning, beautiful interior, equipped with a Japanese washlet toilet and a smart TV.

This is a family run hotel and it far exceeded our expectations. We booked last minute and booked room 10 (only one room left). This room didn’t have a view but it was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfasts were delicious and there is a good choice of both hot and cold meals. Brian the host made us feel very welcome and was very hospitable (and funny too). His family were equally as welcoming and eager to make all guests comfortable and happy.
We highly recommend this hotel if you are thinking of going to Llandudno. Most rooms have excellent views of the promenade and if like us you book a rear room the bar/living room area also has an excellent view so nobody loses out. You can’t go wrong. We will stay here again with no hesitation. Thanks for a wonderful stay 😊.

Susanne the host is great. Very relaxed but super helpful and organised. Clean, tidy room with a lovely sea view. I was visiting friends in the adjacent village, so I didn't actually see anything of Penmaenmawr!
The view was perfect and the home was welcoming. The village it was located in felt like home. Our hosts were welcoming and informative. The check in directions were very straightforward and easy to navigate. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Perfect location for our holiday: the village -tucked in a secluded and beautiful valley above the coast - was charming and peaceful, but with easy access to places of interest both locally and further afield. The house was lovely, comfortable, warm, well equipped and well provided with information (both about the house and the location).
