Very cosy little cottage in a quiet village, with walking routes, shop, pub and parking on your doorstep. Absolutely loved the wood burner. Will definitely come back - perfect place to relax!
The property was in a lovely, quiet location which suited us and we followed some of the walks suggested by the owners. The sitting room was very cosy and the master bedroom in particular was very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed. The villagers we spoke to were friendly. It was a good place to stay with the dog.
The location was brilliant a quaint little village with a shop and a pub both in walking distance, buss route and driving distance to many of North Wales main attractions. Beautiful views and stunning scenery!
The cottage is beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, cosy. Excellent WiFi and a genuine log burner. The kitchen is stocked with essentials meaning you don't have to do much shopping.
Nice little garden with friendly neighbours to chat to. Nice local pub.
The village of Penmachno is a great base to explore the area. Lovely views of the valleys.
The car park is 100m away and easily accessible.
Everything about this cottage and it's location was delightful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are lovely. The host, Bev was very helpful too. The scenery is stunning and there is a huge amount to do and see in the area . There is a little shop in the village that is open everyday which was hugely useful, and the pub was great fun. Everyone was very friendly which made our holiday even more special.
