Really comfy bed and room temperature and the food portion, taste and flavour was excellent. They even had Worcestershire sauce and the bar of chocolate in the room was a nice touch and very much appreciated.

Great communication before arrival with Jo the host who along with her husband Bernie made us so welcome. The accommodation is perfect, clean, spacious and everything we needed for our short break. A lovely welcome hamper was left in our room with delicious bacon, eggs, bread, yogurts, croissants, milk, cereals, tea and coffee. The bed was so comfy so a good night sleep wasn't a problem. Askrigg is a beautiful little village with 3 pubs who all serve lovely food. There is also a small local shop and a cafe/deli. Perfect location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. We highly recommend the property and the location.

Property was clean and comfortable. Location was good for access to the town and touring the local area.
Enjoyed our stay here, beautiful location in the countryside not too far from villages and eateries. Comfortable cottage with good facilities and equipment supplied. Enjoyed seeing the red squirrels, hare and chickens. Kitchen well equipped and bed was comfortable. Good selection of DVDs, games and books supplied if needed. Lots of walks nearby and fabulous views across Mallerstang Dale.
We had an amazing little weekend stay in the wagonette suite. We were well accommodated throughout and enjoyed using the outdoor seating space, right next to the beautiful ducks! Location was great, lots of nice walks near by as well as easy access to some of the local villages. This was a very peaceful and quiet spot!
