Beautiful house, full of character and style. Cosy and very comfortable room, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Wonderful hosts who greeted us with tea and cake, and fruit in the room too. Delicious breakfast. One of the best B & Bs we've ever stayed in.

This was a fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a night or two away . We met Julie the host who was so lovely and friendly . There was everything you could possibly think of to make our stay comfortable , new toothbrushes , toothpaste razors , literally everything you need , along with a beautiful welcome box and a lovely hamper for breakfast delivered on the morning . The accommodation was fabulous , only 18 months old 5 ***** without a doubt

Our room was really nice and comfortable. The bottled water was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. Dinner was lovely and we didn't wait long even though the pub was really busy. Lovely atmosphere. Great car park.
The location is fantastic. It’s at the centre of the village, with this being an ideal starting point for walks and trips around the surrounding area. A nice breakfast
Fabulous location, right in the main street in a peaceful village, loads of character. Cute clean cottage. Lovely local walks and great pubs. The village is like a dream of some distant rural England that you read about in books and can hardly believe oexists anymore.
I booked the Queen Catherine but I actually stayed across the road in The Three Tuns Pub. All seemed a little strange as they tried to put me in a B&B in the village but the owner was out and we couldn’t get in. Once I got to my room it was exceptional and much better than expected. I would easily give the a 10, but after hiking 19 miles I just wanted a shower and not trailing around other places to find me a room. Ate in the Queen Catherine and had a few beers. It was a nice place.
First night stop, walking the Cleveland way. Excellent place to stop after 22 hard miles. Set in a lovely village. Very quiet and the staff went out of their way to be nice. Nice bedroom looking out over the village cross.
Location was perfect, gorgeous village in a great location for the North Yorkshire Moors.
Breakfast was amazing, more food at we could eat.
Allan was a great host, he couldn't do more for us.
Room was exactly as advertised and had a great, quiet night sleep
The cottage is very charming and offers ample space for a comfortable stay. Situated in a serene and peaceful village, it's an ideal spot for relaxation and walking. But the presence of a cosy fireplace was a key factor in our decision to book this delightful cottage.
Beautiful cottage, comfortable and warm and in a great location in the centre of Osmotherley. So we were able to take full advantage of the village’s ample amenities.
Beautiful spacious property with everything you could possibly need. Very warm and cosy with log burner fire.
Wondeful views from the garden.
All on suit rooms, and the spa bath is gorgeous so relaxing.
The treats left and the xmas tree up were an added bonus. Thank you.
Theirs also a peacock in the garden so lovely.
Beds are very comfortable.
Osmotherly is a beautiful village with three pubs all serving food.
Really like the location. The hotel is based in picturesque village in York Moors. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious freshly made food with generous portions. The room was clean and tidy with the ensuit bathroom, which was very clean. In the morning, we had a delicious full english breakfast freshly cooked from scratch. Definitely will come back again.
