The location is excellent for a stop during a drive as it is right on the A30, but conversely, you can hear the traffic a little. The breakfast was fantastic, we had the full English and the eggs royale; both were very tasty and prepared with great ingredients.

The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful (went above and beyond). Lovely old building, the room was lovely, bed and pillows super comfortable and bathroom clean and well facilitated. Great view out the windows and close to shops in Colyton.
