I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in Birmingham, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home.

A warm & friendly welcome. Plenty of parking. Lovely room with lots of home comforts. I would have been better off staying there for two weeks as I had a terrible time in the hotel abroad !!

Very pleasant location. Close to a train station if you don't drive (I did). Hosts were very friendly. You are staying in a bedroom in their house to make that clear. Nice breakfast provided too. I was very lucky that I was the only guest for the 2 days so had free use of the one shared bathroom. My rating may have changed if the place was full and having to wait to use the bathroom. However it did offer value for money.

Elaine met us at the property. Showed us round the house. Everything was clean, and even had fresh milk, coffee and mini boxes of serial. Towels were folded like swans. We didn't use WIFI as phone signal was 5G. Would definitely stay again as was much cheaper for 2 of us rather than booking hotels near NEC.
Everything was very clean and well appointed. Staff very helpful. Didn't eat in the pub so can't comment on the food but what we saw looked amazing. Plenty of parking. Quiet village with a couple of grocery shops.
The location was ideal for a weekend at the NEC. The premises are lovely and impeccably clean, we didn't have time to relax in the grounds which are great, enough space for children to runabout and explore too. We gave our breakfast orders and specified time before bed and the excellent breakfasts are cooked to order, generous and delicious. The village is within walking distance with two great pubs, a village pond, green two grocery stores and a chemist. The guest house has secure parking with electric gates which work on a key fob.
We only stayed for 1/2 a night due to catching an early flight so missed the breakfast. Location was spot on for us - 15 mins to carpark 5. Village was nice for a wander and lots of pubs with food nearby + chip shop.
Beautiful property in an excellent location close to Birmingham, Airport and NEC. Set in lovely grounds within walking distance of all village amenities and bus routes.
