The location is peaceful, deep in the Dorset countryside. The hosts are wonderful, this is our second stay and they made us feel like friends.The room we had on both occasions was spacious, clean with immaculate bathroom facilities. Amazing stay, love Salisbury! Peartree is conveniently located for visitors. Self check in was simple. The very friendly team was available without being intrusive. The room was lovely and clean, spacious, modern, and more than adequate for a 4 night stay with our dog. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Will be staying again soon.

Beautifully preserved older building. Charming decorations, very clean and quiet. Bed quite comfortable. The hostess who greeted us – Hillary – was warm and welcoming, made us feel very much at home. Everything in the room was exactly as described on Booking.com. Breakfast was included – and it was absolutely delicious!

A lovely location - an ancient Mill House on the banks of a river in an archetypal Wiltshire village. Michael, the host (and an excellent one at that!) is well established here and and it's fortunate he has decided to share! The rooms are very individual and all well appointed. The only meal available is breakfast but everything is available to individual taste and Michael cooks the Full English himself if you fancy that! We had dinner in the local, The Boot Inn (another excellent venue) both nights we stayed - it's literally just 5 minutes walk away at the other end of the village.

The Prestbury b&b is a wonderful place to stay for a couple of days when visiting Salisbury the room was very comfortable, modern and clean the breakfast was great with freshly prepared fruit a choice of cereals and a full English or choice of cooked eggs.
We found the position ideal with only a few minute stroll along the river bank to the centre, park or Cathedral.
A bonus for us was there is also Free parking provided with plenty of space for manouvering and parking our car.
If we are in the area we will definately stay there again.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at Pippin. The cottage was very clean and cosy with great facilities. We loved the local walks especially over the plains and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. The village of Martin is beautiful and within easy reach of Salisbury, Fordingbridge and the New Forest. Cathy, our host, was very welcoming with homemade cakes on arrival.
