Looked and smelled clean on arrival.
Lovely big caravan, nice big living area with clean and comfy seating and large TV. Dining area adequate, and a well prepared kitchen with large fridge freezer.
Nice location, friendly site and close to the beach.
Bedrooms were clean, beds comfy for most of us.
Bathrooms were clean, shower was good.

Nothing was good as, having booked the property and had it confirmed, we received a message to say we shouldn't have been able to as it was already booked up. So 🤷 we were left highand dry with no accommodation for the following night.

I have stayed at happy holiday apartments more than a few times now, I have always received good communication from Claire & Steve prior to arriving, The flat is always clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. There is usually someone around should you have any problems. When I returned to the flat with a wet soggy dog there were towels available in the entrance hall so was able to dry her before taking her inside . The town centre and beach are within a 10 minute walk and apart from a small incline up to the beach everything is flat walking.

Very well placed on the site, there are good facilities, the location to beach and shops is just a short walk. The property has everything you need for a holiday home and is kept very clean. I felt very safe and secure.
The chalet was the perfect holiday home in a holiday resort that was peaceful and quiet and plenty of parking space for a car.
It felt like home from home feeling and value for money and well worth the trip and 10 minutes away from the beautiful mablethorpe beach,
And loads of seaside shops and a wonderful pub and a lovely local cinema to.
And the staff at the campsite were very helpful and polite.
Fabulous holiday home. The garden was perfect for our dog.
The hosts were extremely helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended and will definitely return
