Powerful-pressure shower, lovely bathroom... Huge comfy bed,... even with a single-room accommodation. I slept so well! During the day it was advisable to block out direct sun & heatwave by means of closing the curtains, at night times the room could be aired by opening doors & mansard window. Air Condition is there but wasn't required this way. The breakfast is just outstanding, everything fresh & home made, selected Mushroom Caps to host five or six Mini Cocktail Tomatoes , a lovely even artisan arrangement _ easily within my "ever top-3": A++++ 15min to Leicester City centre; ideal for Sightseeing Visitors that are Nature-Lovers

An utter delight. Well appointed and spacious rooms. The hosts were incredibly accommodating of my late arrival and courteous and helpful when I did make it almost 2 hours later than planned. Breakfast was excellent as was the kind permission to remain in the properties car par until my business was concluded the next day. Would highly recommend and will be returning if I am even in the area again.

The host was very professional and responsive. We needed to extend our stay by a few days and we were able to do this very easily. We always felt like we could contact and quickly receive a reply/action. The location and parking were very good. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. There are decent basic kitchen gadgets and utensils. The place was very clean. PLENTY of pillows and other bedding!

We were attending a wedding at a nearby venue and were struggling to find hotels that offered family rooms. We were lcky enough to find Charnwood Regency Guest House who were more than helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the decor was lovely. We'd be happy to stay here again!
