The house was clean and comfortable with good space, comfy beds and a decent kitchen. It's 15 to 20 mins drive into Durham but the location is lovely and quiet with good access to Ushaw, Beamish, Newcastle, Arnison centre. We would recommend it as a family base for exploring the area.
