We stayed in one bedroom, it's a huge size apartment with a very big bathroom. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the old town. It was very clean. Impeccable kitchen even though we didn't use it. Easy check in using only codes (no physical keys required). Apartment had lifts which is great if you have lots of luggage.
Few points:
Bath tub was a bit high, could potentially be an issue for children or eldery people
TV in the living room is extremely small, suggest they could upgrade to a bigger one for even better experience
You will have to do 3 steps down and 3 steps up to get to the lifts. For people with mobility issues could be a challenge.

Staff are awesome, rooms are better than the pictures, bathroom is from a villa and they have smart tvs so you actually watch something. And theres a pub down the road! I'm coming back
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. Gorgeous bar area with comfortable seating. Comfortable room with lots of space and storage. I loved the Christmas Village feel of the place with all the lights. Staff were kind and welcoming.
I loved this hotel, it was very nice. We had a little difficulty in finding it, however we got there in the end and there was plenty of carparking. Our room was large and had a view towards the water. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had drinks outside on the patio in the lovely warm sun, dinner that night, and then breakfast the next morning. I could have stayed for a few days, but sadly it was only one night. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes to walk into the wee village of Dysart.
