Everything! Our host Fiona was very friendly and informative. Fiona has added extras that make The Factor’s House truly exceptional. The room was beautifully decorated. The best B&B experience in the Highlands. We would like to return.

Breakfast was plenty enough and brought to our room in a large basket, pleasantly surprised. When we entered our room it was warm and cosy

Although cooking wasn’t allowed in the place but as we reached late there so there was no shop opened late night. She allowed us to cook in her garden and she offered cutlery as well. Good behaviour of staff.

Quiet location, beautiful views and inside was very warm and cosy. Plenty of hot water and constant heat throughout. Very tidy, clean and spacious. The bedrooms are separated by a very long hallway which is great if someone snores :) It was so nice to stay here and the hosts really have thought of everything. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone who wants real peace and quiet with stunning countryside/sea views at the same time as being close enough to main routes for days out and shops etc.
