!! SHE STOLE OUR DEPOSIT!!! Was grubby and smelly they are not accurate pictures of what the inside of caravan looks like at all it’s a scam!! the toilet had a leak and smelt awful there’s damp all around door frames no central heating no bedding dirty uncomfortable mattresses that smell of damp the whole caravan creaks if you move the tv is older than me and glitches so impossible to watch anything that table and cushions are for Picture purposes only they aren’t actually in there the outside pavement is all broken and unsafe it is facing a fence that backs onto a main road and no outdoor furniture as stated it is over grown and you have to dodge the dog muck that’s left allover the grass we asked the host to meet us at the caravan before handing over deposit money to make sure we’re both happy a she told me no as she doesn’t live local which I now know to be a lie, she refused to give our deposit back as there was a mark on the quilt and we brought our dog even though she was told prior we would be bringing our dog I only paid the deposit as I would lose my £200 I paid as it was non refundable AVOID AVOID AVOID

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice but we only had cereal and toast as we don't like big breakfasts. The room was lovely, nicely presented and the bathroom was so well designed for a small room. There was lots of storage. There were bottles of water every day which was a nice touch as it was quite warm. We were really happy with the cleanliness it was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was just off the seafront so not too busy or noisy, but it was 1 minute to the sea and very near the pier complex.
