Beautiful, clean, well equipped property. I spoke to Georgie for a little bit of information and she was so good, helping me sort out keys etc. There was also a number of treats left for us which were most unexpected. Highly recommended for a super stay in Ironbridge.

A traditional B & B/guest-house in a lovely house in the village. Location perfect for visiting the Coalbrookdale attractions only a short stroll away. Run by lovely folk for whom nothing (within reason!) is too much trouble. Excellent breakfast. Evening meal was available, if booked in advance, but we didn't take up the offer so cannot comment. NB there is a village pub, just up the road, which offers a decent pint but no food.
The safety and security of being secluded from everyday life and the location emersed in nature. Seeing horses and frequent visits from the family dog topped up the whole experience. Walk to the local village, and amenities also made the experience all that special and unique.
The property is a delightful Georgian building. It is full of character. It’s located in the heart of the village and ideal for exploring the local trinket shops. The breakfast was as good as one I’ve had at a hotel with a Michelin star. Superb.
Enjoyed the interesting historic house with its gardens and grounds along the River Severn. Just a short walk down to the iron bridge and the ‘centre’ of the village. The staff seemed very friendly. A reasonable and plentiful breakfast. But it was the room itself that was the problem.
Property was set in a very tranquil location. Parking for our car was clearly marked. The property was clean, very spacious and bright. Well equipped with essentials, we cooked dinner one evening and the oven and hob were straight forward to use. We slept very well as it was so quiet. We were a short but very steep walk to the village centre.
The hotel is located on the main street and has easy walking to many of the village attractions. You can park at the front to unload cases and there is short term street parking across the road. To have long term parking for the car you need to be on the other side of the famous bridge. It's a few minutes to drive there but just a short walk back. Parking is free after 5.00 p.m. Ironbridge has plenty of local district attractions. Good hotel style breakfast and we had a room overlooking the river.
