Spacious, clean, the exposed stone walls. There was a great garden area and it was very close to the Apple Tree pub which was excellent.

Area is so quiet but The Bosk and grounds are gorgeous. The room was lovely, super comfy bed and it was nice to be able to use the pool and spa facilities too. We ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was delicious as was breakfast! Staff were polite and helpful. We went for a wander and also a drive to some of the local villages which were nice to see.
Look forward to returning at some point in the future.
Set in a quiet village everything we required for a quiet break The bedrooms were of a high quality finish and well equipped breakfast was outstanding the Sunday roast to be honest was best I’ve ever had
Quirky artefacts in the room. Good to see the facilities used to the small village community.

Suggestions from the staff on attractions and places to visit
Beautiful location on the edge of a small village with views of trees from the windows and short walks nearby; Excellent location on the edge of the national park but close to the coast; Incredible bedroom (Bilberry) - we could not be more impressed - it was unbelievably beautiful with the most wonderful ensuite bathroom we've ever seen. The breakfast is generous and delicious, the swimming pool is a massive treat - especially with the current booking system! This is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break.
