Very close to the excellent village pub. 5 min walk. The annual beer fest was on. And Bomber the pub dog was on fine grub hunting form. Dog friendly pub so plenty of K 9 friends to make a fuss of. A lot of work has been done to vastly improve the overall apperancence and comfort of the pub in recent times and outside at the rear is a nice place to have a meal. The food in my view is top notch. Greg and Steve good to have a chat to on a quieter weekday about all the memoribilia that adorns the pub walls.

What's not to like? Lovely, cozy cottage. Warm welcome, literally. The log burner was lit for our arrival. The beds were so comfy. Really slept well. Will likely book again.
