Everything about our stay and the cottage was perfect. The welcome was warm and friendly, greeted by Karen. The room was luxurious, we wanted for nothing. It was warm and welcoming with a fully stocked tea tray, lovely china cups nd a range of drinks on offer. Milk was kept in the fridge. The bathroom was a lovely size, shower ws nice and toiletries and fluffy towels provided. The bed was comfy and luxurious bedding.

Had a wonderful stay at the corner cottage. On first arrival the cottage was very clean and felt very spacious. We was very impressed with the door lock system! So easy! The cottage itself is very roomy we travelling as a party of 7 and was pleasantly surprised there was enough space for us all to sit in the living room!
the cottage is fully equipped in the kitchen and the livingroom had a wonderful selection of games and DVDs for the little ones! Nice picnic bench outside followed by a little court yard with a pingpong table safe space to let child run around b4 bed. high chairs and trvael cotts also included which was a bonus touch!
we checked out at 10am and went swimming for an hour and after we remembered we forgot my little ones soft toy returning to the cottage to collect it was no problem and the host dale has had brilliant communication from the moment we booked 100% recommend booking the corner cottage

The food was well cooked usual pub grub selection fab Sunday lunch fair pricing.dining areas clean lots of tvs and music in bar areas staff friendly and worked hard to make sure everything was to your liking .After refurbishment most areas finished to a good standard
The village is lovely ideal location for Filey /Scarborough visits
Dog friendly too the pub was lively at the weekend with locals who were a tad vocal lol
Staff welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them.
