This is a fantastic location. Was easy enough to get to and from to travel all round the lakes at ease. The property is small, but was the perfect size for the two of us for a week and it beautifully maintained on lovely grounds and the owners are delightful chatty wonderful family. Walking distance to Coniston. Which is all public footpath. Right on the lake. Beautiful views. We will certainly look to come back here as it was perfect for our trip.

The property was excellent and in a beautiful location. Beautiful views from the patio and lovely garden. Hotel just a few minutes walk from the property was excellent and it was only a short walk to the lake. All in all terrific.

Our stay was brilliant, excellent location between Coniston old man and the lake. The hosts were super lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and just what we needed for two nights. Breakfast was lovely and tasted great. Can not recommend enough!
