Lovely old building, spotlessly clean, nice sized room with good tea making facilities and toiletries also provided. Extra milk, juices are kept in a small fridge in the hallway for anyone to help themselves to. Good choice of cereals etc and cooked breakfast options also available. There is a church across the road which chimes, which we loved, but there are ear plugs supplied to those who don't appreciate the sound of a church bell! There's a couple of tables outside where guests can sit out and enjoy a drink if the weather is kind (which it was for us 😁)

The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful (went above and beyond). Lovely old building, the room was lovely, bed and pillows super comfortable and bathroom clean and well facilitated. Great view out the windows and close to shops in Colyton. Breakfast was fab and didn't mind ordering the day before in advance.

We found the property very cosy, welcoming and very doggy friendly. Everything has been thought of for a comfy stay including doggy bin in the garden area, bowels for them to drink etc. We were also given tips on local places to view and eat by the hosts which we really appreciated.
