We spent a relaxing weekend in this beautifully converted building. The decor was lovely and everything was exceptionally clean and fresh. The welcome pack was great and very much appreciated. Instructions on how to enter property were very clear. Easy to reach nearby town where there were lots of places to eat and drink. The negative points listed did not greatly detract from our enjoyment of our weekend away.

Beautiful bright house, quiet, well equiped with stunning views - waking up in the morning was a joy. Extra points for the home made cakes that waited for us on arrival! We'd definiyle go back.

The location was great it was central to just about all the places you would visit Coldstream, Lauder, Duns, Galashiels Berwick-upon-Tweed was only 30 minutes away and there were loads of walks all around. the hosts were great anything you needed from groceries to directions
