A warm welcome by Jim into his stunning house. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked. The room was lovely as were the en-suite facilities. The book in the room detailed lots of useful information about places to eat etc. I appreciated the clear information about the rules in the house to be very helpful. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe there.I cannot recommend Kilcreeny Lodge highly enough. I had a perfect stay. Thank you Jim

My husband and I had the most relaxing, peaceful stay at Millbrae Lodge. The surroundings around the lodge were just beautiful as well and the whole area as you drove up. Colum and Elaine were just fantastic. Anything that we needed to know before and during our stay was given to us through messages from Elaine before our stay and a meet and greet from Colum when we arrived. Beautiful B & B run by beautiful people. Nothing was too much trouble for Noreen & Jean-Paul, they provided fabulous hospitality & great food & Coffee. The bedroom was large, with a lovely hot shower. Bed was large & very comfortable. Direction instructions were detailed & we were able to find Vandees easily (even in the dark). The hosts were very accommodating! We were extremely pleased with the amount left on offer to us. We felt highly impressed with our stay on a whole and in a very peaceful and quiet location. Daisy the dog is extremely friendly. Very well trained also. Was able to come and please as we wanted with no restrictions and a nice area to park the car right outside. Had facilities for washing clothes with pods also left under the sink and a washing line. Everything you would possibly dream of and more! Couldn’t hype it up anymore, have already started to plan another trip back as it was phenomenal!
