The property is outstanding. Everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing few days was present. The photos don't do the property justice. It is so much better in person ! Further enhanced by the welcome hamper which included a nice bottle of white vino. The location is perfect for exploring this particular corner of Wales. A rural location but with a town that has all the major supermarkets a couple of miles away. We visit West Wales regularly and Little Oaks will definitely be first on my list when checking for availability.

Every conceivable gadget, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioner in bedroom, toaster, microwave, Espresso machine etc. A very high standard of accommodation - probably the best holiday home we've ever stayed in!

The cottage was beautiful and a great location. The owners were lovely and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The bread, milk butter and cake were lovely too. Very thoughtful.
