A charming setting, with a spectacular view across the moor to Clochn n' Ben. The river Feugh runs in front of the Inn. The available breakfast was well prepared. Our host was attentive in all the best ways. As a family party of three we stayed in the room called Eileen Donan, with a full and a single bed - both quite comfortable.

Location of the lodges was good, we had been before many years ago but further up on the higher ground. Did not expect the lodge to be a semi! However, the front was unoccupied so no problem. Shower was fantastic, heating brilliant and tons of hot water.

Exceptionally beautiful grounds/garden around the building. Very private yet very close to village center. EVERY detail in the little house was handled with such care and sensitivity, with clean, honest aesthetics. The craftsmanship of the building is flawless. Excellent walking along River Dee very close. Host was very friendly and helpful, yet allowed our privacy. The village is absolutely charming with excellent small local grocery.
