Excellent property. Easy to find and good access to Otterburn itself and Woodhill Hall wedding venue nearby. Excellent kitchen facilities with everything we could possibly need. A member of staff met us with a key as organised. It was lovely to find milk and eggs provided in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. All in all we had everything we could want.

The Bird in Bush is a hidden gem, as village pubs go, it really is a wonderful example (I highly recommend the local beers from the first & last brewery) The room was great, bed was very comfy and the breakfasts were superb as were the other meals I had. All of this was wonderful, but the staff really made the stay, Jackie and the team were amazing, I was made to feel welcome from the word go, and nothing seemed too much bother for them, a truly wonderful and lovely lot. Thank you!

Great place, a little off the beaten track maybe, but worth the effort. Located in a lovely little village, we were immediately made welcome and shown to our comfortable and spacious room. We had our evening meal there and the food was delicious, especially dessert. Breakfast was excellent too. We would definitely go back and maybe spend a bit more time there to explore the area. Highly recommended.

The pub was very quaint and set in a beautiful village. The drinks and food were so well priced and the food was excellent, so good we ate there on both nights and the breakfast was fantastic! We stayed in one of the suites and we couldn’t have been happier. Was a lovely room and was so clean and had everything we could need inside it. The staff were so friendly!

Great location in heart of Northumberland. The room was large, very comfortable and well supplied. The situation is in a lovely village and was very quiet at night. We were able to store our bikes in the garage overnight.

The food was lovely, the room was lovely - looking out of the window on to the village green and church - so peaceful. A lovely comfortable bed - couldn't have wished for a more peaceful stay. The staff were amazing - so helpful - in an area we had never ventured they were valuable in giving us info on best places to visit.

Amazing, cosy little pub in a beautiful peaceful village. The staff were wonderful, so welcoming and friendly. We spent an evening in the bar and were the last ones there and had a lovely chat with the team before heading off to bed. The locals in the pub were also really friendly. The food was delicious, and the portions were so generous. We were lucky enough to be given one of the suites, Skylark, and it was one of the most beautiful rooms I've stayed in. A huge thank you to the team at the Bird In Bush for such a lovely stay!
