The location of the Shepherd's hut, tucked away in the corner of the orchard. Everything you could need was provided for. Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast. The shower was lovely and hot with good pressure. The bed was very comfortable.

Only a couple of nights which felt like a week away. Just superb in every way, comfortable, stunning surroundings. Slept like a log. To be greeted by the hosts dogs in the morning, which was a nice surprise. Having the heated private pool to ourselves was spectacular. A proper home from home.
We will definitely book again.

There is parking near the properuandxif you are lucky directly infront. Acsess was easy, enough beds and towels. A little back garden/patio. Some shops around the corner. Enough crockery.
We did not cook.
Kids beds were good, we would have preferred ours a bit firmer but that’s personal tast.

Impeccably clean, very welcoming and thoughtful host. Nice help-yourself breakfast, and kind touches eg white and brown bread, ground and instant coffee, hand cream in bathroom etc. Spacious - sitting room, kitchen with small dining table, bathroom and bedroom and use of chairs etc in pretty garden. Host flexible when we asked if we could check in earlier before wedding.

Beautiful, luxurious, well equipped, amazing rural location with good walk routes
Immerse yourself in the grandeur of Chilston Park Country House Hotel, a Grade I listed manor once home to politicians and Lords, set within 77 acres of rural parkland in Kent.
Beautifully converted oast house - split into 3 apartments - and we had the entire upper floor (Blenheim). Clean and warm, it was a lovely experience with old features nicely mixed with modern touches. Off the beaten track but easy to get to other towns and villages. Frequented by foodies but we chose to eat dinner elsewhere so we could discover more of the local area. Hearty breakfast though with a good choice and Lucy was very helpful from the time we checked in, during our stay and upon checking out.
