As soon as you walked in, you felt at home. It was very welcoming and cozy. It was a nice change from a hotel. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Inverness, but still close enough when we wanted to go to the city we could. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow this property is a big fat 10/10. Fabulous hosts, Dawn and Bill are wonderful and could not be more helpful. The accommodation is fantastic, we were given eggs from their hens and supplied with milk, bread, butter,coffee, t bags, sugar etc. You could help yourself to the wine and prosecco and replace before leaving ... a fantastic idea. Lots of toiletries and the towels were so thick and cosy, beds were very very comfortable. The garden is amazing, our two dogs just loved the freedom to run around and play, they slept like babies every night. We were encouraged to go and pick our own strawberries, they were delicious, what a lovely touch. There were sheep which we loved to visit every day and got great pictures. I have never stayed is such a wonderful setting and we were so near to Nairn beach which is flawless and Inverness where you have lots of shops and restaurants. I would love to say a huge thank you to Dawn and Bill for making our stay so relaxing and the fact that they had three great dogs which our dogs just loved to interact with. A beautifully presented B&B. In addition to our lovely room we also had a spacious lounge to spread out in. very helpful host and the prep-ordered cooked breakfast was great. we wanted to be in the countryside but still close to restaurants which this location provided. very close to the sea.
