It was a lovely cottage with plenty of space. For a family of 6 with 4 kids under 5 it's quite hard to get everything packed up and beds stripped etc by 10am in order to check out on time. But it was manageable. The house decor is pretty dated but perfectly welcoming for a short break. The location is near newtownards and quick to get to most places you would want to visit.

Very easy communication with Elaine, so practical checking box, the house is very clean , well equipped with 3 lovely bedrooms, and the views on the Lough are amazing ! A few minutes drive from Mount Stewart. We had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was awesome, whatever you wanted. Hosts were friendly, inviting and helpful. A great place to stay in the country, but close to Comber and surrounding areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

House was heated up before we arrived. Love that because we where wet true after walking at Silent Valley Mountain Park. Kids very like bathroom 🛀.beds at hotel quality level. We had a good sleep 😴. It is very nice holiday home. Adequately to hause price. Milk prepared in fridge. Nice.

The space is comfortable and was spotlessly clean on arrival. It is obvious that love and care went into decorating the rooms. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating and helpful. We were quite pleased with how close we were to the essentials (like supermarkets) and to the attractions (loads to do within 10 miles). We would highly recommend.

With the addition of the bell tent, you could easily holiday for a week with 2 families. View and area is second to none! We are already looking to book again for next summer.

Spotlessly clean accommodation with every comfort imaginable including a huge spa bath, well fitted kitchen with full oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. This is great little find and one we'll definitely be returning to.
