The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for our needs and breakfast on both days was delicious. The facilities were very good and we had everything we needed during our stay. We also really appreciated the information book which had lots of useful info plus recommended an amazing Italian restaurant, Villa Verde.

We had a wonderful stay at Hazel’s B&B. The cottage and garden is gorgeous and our room was spacious and comfy with lots of little luxuries. We were also able to relax in the cosy sitting room in the evenings. Hazel was the most friendly and welcoming host we could have hoped for, she took excellent care of us and our very curious toddler! She is also an excellent and generous cook. We would love to visit again.

The property was immaculate high spec and everything you need the hosts were fantastic made you feel at home nothing was too much trouble.short walk into the village excellent walks for the dog by the river.
It's newly built, so very fresh. Nice views out the front, it is in a lovely village. Nice bathroom, useful mini kitchen, good WiFi, comfy main bedroom at the back. There is a great cafe and pub a few mins walk away. Accepted our dog and good places to walk him nearby too. Very quiet but convenient location. Good value for money too
This is a great location in a beaufiful Devon village, on a river, with a good pub and a village shop serving food & selling local produce and basic supplies. There are amazing walks ... up hills and along canals.
"The Annex" is in a quiet location near the heart of this lovely village.
