We stayed in the four poster room which was beautifully furnished and spacious with views over the gardens and fields. In the morning Suzzi cooked a delicious breakfast which we took in the garden dinning room. The farmhouse was full of English charm and history throughout - a luxurious and relaxing place to stay in a fabulous rural location.

lovely extra touches made us feel very welcome. quite busy road at front but the bedrooms at the back so very quiet and no problems with any noise throughout the apartment.

Everything was superb from the moment we arrived. Clare was very tentative and extremely helpful and even messaged us to let us know where extra logs for the burner were. We will most definitely be back.......absolutely glorious stay and would recommend to those parents that wish to escape their teenagers for an evening.

Beautifully located. Lovely walks and beautiful countryside. Loved the ducks that came to visit. Nice kitchenware which is important to us as we love to cook. Nicely decorated.

Breakfast was very good and always freshly cooked. Location a little way from the village centre but no problem. Car park was Excellent. Had evening meal three times during the four night stay and all were enjoyable.
Charming pub in a charming village ! Handy for Haywards Heath, trains to London, Brighton, the South Coast and Gatwick airport. Will definitely return but only if I can secure an upstairs room. Food in the pub was excellent.
