If you like old school bed and breakfasts with a warm, friendly host I would heartily recommend HP. I vowed to only eat a full English breakfast for the first two days and ended up eating one every day they were so good. Pat even made me a bacon sandwich to take to the airport. Planned a very last minute getaway with the kids as we had lots of days out planned around the Cheshire area. This place is great, our horse loving daughter enjoyed watching the horses go in and out of the stables from the window. The cottage was very spacious and beautifully decorated with everything we needed including a swimming pool! We crossed a field over to a small petting farm and explored the area, finding a lovely local pub for our evening dinner. We will definitely book here again as we often come near this area! thanks for having us!
