Great location in a village (sorry I mean town), with lots of character and history. The hosts were very welcoming and always willing to chat and assist you. The breakfast was fabulous and a great choice. The freshly baked buns and pastries are to die for.
The B&B was amazing we had a beautiful comfortable room, and there was a great choice of breakfast menu which was locally sourced and tasted delicious. Sharon and Colin were lovely hosts, very welcoming and chatty along with the locals who popped in for coffee/breakfast. Colyton is a beautiful village, very clean and picturesque with friendly locals.we are looking forward to visiting the Bear B&B again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
Great location, short walk to village and tramway. Very peaceful. Very clean caravan, small enclosed deck. Good phone signal and wifi. Nice welcome pack milk, scones, apple juice. The owner was pleasant enough.
Amazing experience staying at this very unique B&B with the addiction of its wonderful hosts, Colin & Sharon. Wonderful smells coming from the kitchen as Colin does his daily bake for the bakery. You also get to taste these delights. My fav was the Blueberry & Lemon Danish pastry. I enjoyed my stay very much and the village location was also a bonus with so much to see nearby. I loved the Seaton Wetlands, which was a short drive from the village.
I loved the welcome from Steve and Fiona, the little touches like playing a record from their collection that I had commented on earlier during breakfast the following morning. They were excellent at creating the emotional connections that make a stay memorable. The goodbye was as impacting. The room was very comfortable and warm and the location very central to the village
Beautiful cottage, very clean, kitchen fully equip, beds comfortable and the location is amazing. Tucked away, but still short drive to the village and to beautiful locations. We visited Beer Cave, Beer coastal walk to Seaton and back, Lyme Regis 17 min drive away.
A beautiful cottage in a pretty little village not far from the coast. The hosts, Steve and Donna, were utterly charming - and Steve cooked the best full English breakfast ever!!
Authentic property set right in the heart of the stunning village. Loved the bathroom products, fluffy towels & very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the breakfasts especially the local produce used.We loved the artwork on display & the record player for guest use.Steve made us feel very welcome.
