Title: A Cozy Retreat in Birmingham I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guest house in Birmingham, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. Location: The guest house is conveniently located close to the NEC, making it easy to explore the city. It’s just a short drive from local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which was perfect for our weekend getaway. Accommodation: Our room was spacious, clean, and decorated with a cozy ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. We appreciated the little touches, like and a kettle for tea and coffee. Amenities: The guest house offered a lovely breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to suit and a selection of cereals made for a satisfying start to our days. Service: The owners were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local dining and attractions, which really enhanced our experience. Overall Experience: Our stay at this guest house was a highlight of our trip to Birmingham. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and charm, making it a wonderful place to retreat after a day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and homey place to stay in the city! Rating: ★★★★★

Gayton Bed & Breakfast, hotel in Coleshill

Situated in Hampton in Arden, 5.2 km from NEC Birmingham and 11 km from National Motorcycle Museum, Gayton Bed & Breakfast provides accommodation with amenities such as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV....

Very pleasant location. Close to a train station if you don't drive (I did). Hosts were very friendly. You are staying in a bedroom in their house to make that clear. Nice breakfast provided too. I was very lucky that I was the only guest for the 2 days so had free use of the one shared bathroom. My rating may have changed if the place was full and having to wait to use the bathroom. However it did offer value for money.

Quiet house 8 mins from NEC/AIRPORT, hotel in Coleshill

Offering a garden and garden view, Quiet house 8 mins from NEC/AIRPORT is set in Marston Green, 6.3 km from National Motorcycle Museum and 11 km from Belfry Golf Club.

Elaine met us at the property. Showed us round the house. Everything was clean, and even had fresh milk, coffee and mini boxes of serial. Towels were folded like swans. We didn't use WIFI as phone signal was 5G. Would definitely stay again as was much cheaper for 2 of us rather than booking hotels near NEC.

Room was of a fair size. Beds were comfortable. Wifi quite good. Bathroom was a reasonable size. Evening food was good quality and well priced in the bar/restaurant. Breakfast was all you can eat english only. No yoghurt, cereals or continental pastries. But they do have cereals for children. In the centre of the village close to all you need (except the train station).

We liked that it was in a small village/town. It felt very homey for myself. And the building is really cool as it's an old building. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They had a good selection of beers wines and spirits in the bar. Apart from that the place is looking very tired. The village or town itself is looking very tired and we didn’t feel safe in the area.

Absolutely fantastic, booked for a show at the NEC for my business. Less than 10 mins drive away, fantastic location. Lovely village walking distance from nice pubs and a few restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic, including gluten free toast and sausage for me, and the owners are so lovely and welcoming. Very comfortable ENORMOUS bed, spotlessly clean. Thanks guys!

We stayed here because we were visiting the commonwealth games events at the NEC and all other hotels nearby wanted between £120 -£300 a night and we got a ensuite double room for £65, lovely clear room, staff very friendly, it's rooms above a village pub, beer prices very reasonable.
