The cottage was bigger than expected, we really enjoyed the log burners which were nice to sit by. Great unexpected touches such as a wide choice of Radox bubbles for the bath, a lovely welcome basket in the kitchen with an advent calendar, my son enjoyed opening a door each morning during our stay. :) The cottage was very clean, and the beds super comfortable. It was decorated nicely for Christmas too!

Very high spec property. Kitchen well equipped. Great that both bedrooms had ensuite shower rooms. We liked the 'upside down' living arrangement & loved the big picture window which looked back over the garden towards the car park. Property within 5 - 10 minute walk of the centre of the beautiful village of Norton Sub Hamdon with a PO, village stores, pub & tearoom (which sadly, & surprisingly, was not open at the weekend). Very quiet location. Very friendly hosts.

The staff sent down from head office to take over after the tenants walked out arrived an hour before us and were shocked at what they found. They had an hour to try and give us some sort of room. If there had been a different hotel in the village, we would have walked out. But I cannot thank Lee enough for making a night in a pigsty as comfortable as possible. The head office should pin a medal on his chest.

Attractive pub on the main street in the village with a decent sized car park to the rear next to the garden. The bar was well kept with a mix of traditional bar stools and more modern seating. Staff were attentive and efficient. Comfy bed and pillows.

Bagnell Farm Cottage is an absolute gem, the moment you arrive you just feel chilled. We really felt like it was a home away from home, Eileen was magnificent, perfect balance of checking in on us and leaving us to our own devices. Beautiful walks on your doorstep, a number of pubs in the surrounding villages and plenty of interesting places to explore just beyond that.

Beautiful cottage in a stunning tranquil location looking over the lake. Absolutely stunning location. This was our second visit to Little Norton Mill and hopefully not our last. The perfect place to rest and chill out , on the edge of a picturesque little village with a little shop/post office and a pub if you want to dine out.

Clean and comfortable, idyllic location with beautiful old mill buildings in a picture postcard village. Wonderful pubs all around and amazing scenic views and walks nearby. Highlight was seeing a badger right outside our cottage late one night.
