The location was okay. The shower was permanently on hot water. The receptionist was not helpful. She sent me a document that I should filled in before collecting the key. I could not access the document and was unable to fill it. Your receptionist wasted my time, try to solve this problem. We came for conference, the conference started on the 24 of August and she sent the form on 23 of august. she was calling me while I was in the conference. My phone was on silence and could not get through to me. The complication was just too much and I will not stay in your flat nor recommend anyone to. Thanks very much

Nice enough place. Clean, modern, smart, everything we needed. Parking free on street. It's basically a little two-up two-down terrace. I've given it a 7/10, because that's what I feel it's worth. However, I must express my annoyance that the proprietor messaged me with less than 18 hours notice and tried to cancel our booking. They or Booking.com had made an error as they have a minimum two-night stay and we only booked for one night for my little boy's birthday treat. It was a thoroughly unpleasant online exchange where they tried desperately to persuade me to book at another place which had fewer bedrooms and also had a two-night rule, or take a refund. None of this involved Booking.com, so i stuck to my guns, and they backed down. I even asked how much I needed to pay for a second night, and they said the next night wasn't even available! Would not recommend, for this reason alone. The house is okay.

The location near the station was pretty good. Entry was easy with the key box. Furniture, bedding and towels were all quite new. TV and WiFi were good.

The room was beautifully clean and well-equipped with plentiful supplies of tea, coffee etc. The view from the room of the river was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully cooked and plenty of it. Both Noreen and her husband are great hosts; very thoughtful and kind.

Friendly and very welcoming staff. Safe carpark. Central location. Nowhere was really more than half an hours walk away. Hotel is more in line with a Spanish 'El Ritiro'. Clean and functional en suite bedroom for short term stays. Nevertheless, good value for money. Everything appeared as in the hotel photos.
