B&B was very clean and the rooms had everything you needed, well decorated throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, and Fiona was an excellent host. Appleby is a lovely area well worth a visit.

Very good site. Facilities basic but more than acceptable. Bathroom & toilet nearby & pub a 25min walk away. Very quiet, on a farm, a long way from the road. Excellent walking territory for our dog

Everything was fantastic, from our living wagon the bed, our facilities, the scenery, the hot tub, to our idyllic stay. Annabelle, our host was lovely and so welcoming.
