The communication with the host was really really easy👍🏻!We absolutely loved the proxmity to Brockley station which is literally across the road & it only takes around 30 minutes into central London!Furthermore, there are several supermarkts within 400m walking distance (one just across the street-so probably 100m away😉) & nice cafes & restaurants around!The flat is well equipped, spacious & clean and there is a balcony!The flat is next to a street & the train tracks but i didnt feel it was loud (i live in Berlin so maybe my threshold might be lower;-))!All I can say, we loved our stay and i can only recommend-really really good value for money!Thanx for the lovely stay, Helen from Berlin

I have never had such an amazing flat rental experience. Seb is a great host and did his best to make our stay enjoyable. He even bought a hand mixer so that I could do some Easter baking! (I didn't expect that, I just asked him before if there is one in the kitchen). On the last day, he let us stay a few hours longer so we could leave the flat just in time for our train. The flat itself is very comfortable and clean with well-equipped kitchen (I loved cappuccino from a pod machine) and a small private yard (perfect for smokers). The location is perfect, a few steps away from a train station from where every half an hour you can get to central London Bridge within 8 minutes. There is also a Sainsbury's supermarket and a phone box library round the corner. I highly recommend this place!

I had a very good experience. Communication with the owners was clear and timely. The property is clean and homely with some character. The location could not be better for access to Greenwich and the local area: a few steps and you are in the heart of Greenwich, but the accommodation is quiet and calm. I enjoyed spending time standing on the balcony looking out over great views along the Thames and exploring the less touristy parts of the local area. I hope to return soon.

second time I’ve stayed in less that 7 days, again fantastic facilities, the studio apartments are perfect for staying short term or long term, will meet all needs.
Incredible location 9 miles from busy London: large common with very old trees in front of the inn, quiet road and village, fantastic spacious bedroom with a balcony, a very comfortable bed and a very large bathroom with a shower, a standalone bath with view over the common, double wash basins and a bathrobe. All this accompanied with lovely food and a bar (out of the ordinary whiskys) still open after our evening walk. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Very comfortable rooms and beds. Helpful friendly staff. Great location in a 'villagey' location. So lovely to have a green outlook of grass and trees. All meals were delicious.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pub is a non pretentious well run pub. Based in an ideal location in the beautiful village of Chislehurst right on one of the commons. Really quiet and comfy rooms.
