The host and staff were exceptional and helped in any way they could, breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and the evening snacks that were available if you wanted them were very filling , the cheese board was huge and more than enough for two sharing as was the charcuterie.
Our room in the attic was small although very well equipped with toiletries and hair dryer iron and ironing board. The location is perfect for walking into Bridport and ideal for touring around Dorset. the nearest beach is West Bay only 5mins by car and a slow 20min walk. there was enough on sight parking for about 6 cars. The outside bar and garden area is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine. It is a dog friendly hotel.

Very nice little shepherds hut. It was great to be able to walk into Lyme Regis (about an hour's walk) across fields and along a river - a very pleasant walk (and avoids all the parking problems/cost in Lyme Regis

One of the best places we've booked on Booking.com. The apartment was spotless, a real home from home feel. We only stayed a few days but really would have loved to stay longer. The apartment is very well equipped. The location was lovely. The hosts have really thought about everything. If the weather isn't great, there are plenty of board games and DVDs to keep you entertained. We were very lucky with the weather, we were out for most of the time but it was lovely to come back to a really comfortable apartment. The bathroom is better than our en suite at home!
We will definitely want to come back and we have recommended the place to all of our friends.

The holiday park is amazing. It has everything you’ll need. And if not, the village is about a 7 minute walk.

The location was great . Really peaceful. A good base for tris around Dorset , Devon and Somerset . A pity there wasn't a pub in the village , not a major problem, we just had some bottles in the fridge and enjoyed the quiet on the sun loungers.
Great apartment, spotless and had all amenities you could need. We were three friends travelling and the space worked really well for us. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you needed. Close to restaurants and Waitrose. Was great to go to the Saturday street market, brought a real buzz to the town. We found the apartment a great location to explore the coast and villages close by.
A beautifully presented stone cottage in a quiet rural setting. Great set up for a family stay exploring the Dorset coast. Two pubs a short walk away through the village, beaches and cliffs not much further.
Easy communication with the owners. Well equipped, secure off road parking, comfy beds and a safe closed garden for the children to play in. Kids loved their own room and playing with the owners friendly dogs.

Due to a small problem with the one bedroom cottage we booked we were upgraded by the owner to a larger 2 bedroom at no extra cost which was a nice gesture. This cottage was superb in every way. Lovely grounds of the main house. The village has two great pubs both serving excellent food/drinks.
Location great for Bridport and surrounding attractions. In middle of an estate so not your typical holiday home but really nice home and good value for money.
