the apartment was beautifully presented, access to the garden. unexpected welcome gift box with local baked goods was a nice surprise. location was perfect, sea views as you step out of the front door. 35mins to whitby which was lovely, close to some lovely local shops and dog friendly eateries. my first stay in Saltburn on sea and won't be my last and I will definitely stay at Black pearl again. fantastic 5*

Very easy to check in and out and owners responded quickly to our queries. Very near to Saltburn and Marske beaches and retail park in Skelton. The property itself felt spacious and homely. I’d never been to Boosbeck before but it seemed like a quiet little village with a nice little play park in a countryside setting.
Homely accommodation with nice wall art, furniture pieces, ornaments, vases, board games that just made it feel like home from home. The hosts clearly listen to feedback as despite previous reviews the bed was comfy, there was a microwave and the yard was very tidy with flower pots and a bistro table and 2 chairs. Location was ideal for exploring the North East coasts hidden gems like Ravenscar, Staithes, Runswick Bay... But worth also visiting the lovely villages of Stokesley, Great Ayton, Guisborough and Yarm.
