A warm & friendly welcome. Plenty of parking. Lovely room with lots of home comforts. I would have been better off staying there for two weeks as I had a terrible time in the hotel abroad !!

Very pleasant location. Close to a train station if you don't drive (I did). Hosts were very friendly. You are staying in a bedroom in their house to make that clear. Nice breakfast provided too. I was very lucky that I was the only guest for the 2 days so had free use of the one shared bathroom. My rating may have changed if the place was full and having to wait to use the bathroom. However it did offer value for money.

Elaine met us at the property. Showed us round the house. Everything was clean, and even had fresh milk, coffee and mini boxes of serial. Towels were folded like swans. We didn't use WIFI as phone signal was 5G. Would definitely stay again as was much cheaper for 2 of us rather than booking hotels near NEC.

Lovely location, with very pretty views. Great walks on the doorstep. Friendly, helpful owners living onsite. The caravan was comfortable with a spacious livingroom.
The homeowner was lovely, and welcoming we had a lovely full English breakfast and the house is situated in a tiny beautiful village ideal for NEC and Airport
The room was excellent for the two of us, we loved the hotel. We were able to take the train for 100 miles from our village station to our hotel which was ideally close to Birmingham International train station and the airport.
Absolutely amazing
We booked for the NEC centre, the centre is close to the property.
Lovely little villa with everything you need for an few nights. The place was very clean and beds were really comfortable.
The host is extremely attentive and made our check in very easy.
Glad we booked this place as was much cheaper than hotel and was an better experience for us all.
Breakfast was great, but I was informed that bacon was not on the menu. The lady who provided the breakfast was friendly and efficient. The room itself was really comfortable and the bathroom on suite was sparkling. The facility was within walking distance of a lovely village and the surrounding are was great.
Millie was very friendly and welcoming. The location of the property was great, close to the NEC in a picture postcard village with the added bonus of 4 gorgeous horses outside my door 😁 Great breakfast.
Location to the NEC, although not the fault of the owners, there were some road closures that extended the time to get to the B&B.
Very good value, for 3 men attending the Bike show at the NEC needing 3 separate beds. Price includes good breakfast.
Homely vibe. Parking on site. Short taxi ride from nearby village with good pub for the evening so did not need to drive. Uber cover the area too.
Owner was lovely and helpful, runs a great business.
Great location close to the NEC but equally in a lovely village away from the chaos. Close to the airport too but still nice and quiet. Room was lovely, looked newly refurbished & was very clean. Hosts lovely too.
Fantastic and beautiful location. Really near to the NEC and everything we wanted but felt like a million miles away with it’s beautiful village equestrian setting. Amazing breakfast as well.
Located just off the M42 in the village of Bickenhill, literally a mile away from BHX airport, so perfect for us having a flight the following morning.
Great communication and service from Camilla, the host. Being able to park our car whilst away was a bonus.
Lovely room with drink making facilities, comfy beds, towels and toiletries provided too. The bathroom/wetroom was a little compact but modern and perfectly fine for our needs.
The horses in the courtyard stables were gorgeous!
