The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of places nearby to get an evening meal and we enjoyed an Indian meal in Bakewell and a pub meal at the Ashford Arms. We were meeting our daughter and the accommodation was perfect for catching up with family as there was a private sitting room. It was very quiet which was much appreciated.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous accommodation, just what was needed after a very long drive from North Wales. The suite had everything guests could possibly need and lovely little touches from the coffee pods to the robes. Outstanding cleanliness, quality of the furnishings and communication. Counting sheep was clean , fresh looking , updated and plenty of room to canter for two persons for a break in a lovely quite village setting .

Newly refurbished room, comfy bed, good shower. Pleasant welcome. Good full English breakfast. Our room overlooked the road but was quiet. They don't do evening meals but are happy for you to bring in a takeaway and eat it in the bar.

Lovely old building which had been well decorated to a good standard. Excellent food both dinner and breakfast which we really enjoyed.

A beautiful period property excellently appointed. Location perfect for visiting the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Plenty of eatery choices in Baslow village, even breakfast available at The Wheatsheaf hotel, so no need to cook. An excellent place to relax in the peace and quiet.
The staff were all friendly and efficient. The property is in a lovely village at the edge of Chatsworth, great for an evening stroll. I had no problem charging my electric bike and the staff were most obliging about it.
Flat was quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable and very well furnished. Attractive building and gardens. Easy parking. Good location close to facilities in village and numerous attractions a short distance away.
