Perfect stay. Spotless room as well as WC + shower. We could park our car in front of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We could sleep well. There were electrical plugs for phones on both sides of the bed. The breakfast was rich and tasty. It was made partly from the products of the own garden. We were super happy with our stay and can recommend the "Comfortable rooms" also for others.

It’s easy to check in with the lock outside the door. I really liked that it is self contained so didn’t need to speak to anyone. Love how it has all that you need for a short stay (one or two nights) including Netflix! Local and very handy Tesco extra as I forgot Nutella to go with my breakfast, so just had a little walk there. Nice little welcome booklet with key info in it. The shower was powerful and clean. Good value for money for what it is.
John and Amanda were lovely hosts - the B&B feels very homely and the room was lovely. Views were magnificent and plenty of places to go for a walk or to the nearby village for food which was highly recommended (The Red Lion). Breakfast was delightful too!
Our hosts were charming and very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a lovely view, it was also very quiet. A good choice was available for breakfast, all in all a very pleasant stay. An ideal place to stay if one was on a tour of the area as Barnt Green is a pretty village with a number of restaurants, all looking very inviting. We ate at Black & Green which was excellent.
