The room was comfortable and quirky. The hostess was very helpful in sorting out an issue with one of the rooms booked. Location in the centre is good.

Really friendly and helpful hosts & A great place to stay if you’re attending a wedding (or other event) nearby. Organised transport to and for the wedding for me which was great, breakfast was tasty and I felt very welcomed!

A clean and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Cooked breakfast was very good. Great out of town guest house. Would use again without hesitation.
Mike is a wonderful host. Having found out we were dining at The Red Lion in the village, he was kind enough to mention that we could get a discount if we showed our room key. It was a generous discount as well. Lovely rooms, good hearty breakfast. A great stay, I would return without hesitation.
The atmosphere was lovely. Close walk to the village. Very friendly. We arrived early and were able to go to leave our car there and our baggage as well.
An exceptionally welcoming country pub with good food and an attractive rural setting. Our room had been recently modernised and was large and luxurious. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast and there were some very hospitable "extras" eg complimentary soft drinks and even some fruit & biscuits presented to us as we departed! In a quiet tranquil village but very close to Avebury and its historical attractions.
Had a fantastic stay.
Mike and Debbie were so friendly and helpful.
The beds were super comfortable and had a great night sleep.
After a great breakfast we explored the village and went to Long Kennet Barrow after Mike advised us to visit there.
Mike & Debbie were excellent hosts. We paid a little extra for packed lunches for 2 days well woth it. Great location except the rather busy and dangerous road you have to walk down to get to the village, although Mike did offer to drive us.
Lovely location near Avebury stone circle, a nice village and setting.
The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, and added touches like complimentary drinks and fresh milk in the room plus a goody bag to go away with.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for fussy families.
