Lovely little place which was really peaceful. Everything was provided and the bed was so comfortable. Near the A1 but never heard anything when inside. Perfect stay which for the price was brilliant.

Staff was very friendly and flexible, room was clean as well as shared bathroom and toilet. Bed was very comfy. Fitted very well the description on the website. Breakfast was good (self serving buffet, quite varied foodstuff). Walking distance from a pub for food and drinks.

Well, I get why this property hasn't got the best reviews here but for me it turned out to be a nice surprise, well beyond expectations. Not a true holiday home but if you need a comfy place to stay for work or while visiting the area it's actually pretty cool.
The kitchen is fully equipped plus the oven and the washing machine. The WiFi signal was great upstairs. The bed sheets and towels brightest white, clean and soft, which I am very fussy about.
