This cottage was exceptional in character and quality. Location was perfect for the mountains and the lochs. We were also really well situated for the Oban ferry to the Isle of Mull, where we visited the Belamory village, visited the whisky distillery and went to Calgarry beach. A perfect location if you want peace, tranquility and the most beautiful scenery.
The Holiday Homes are really a great find! The views are just stunning and the cabins are modern and very comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped and the information prior to arrival ensures that you have everything you need before you arrive. We spent 3 nights and we could easily have spent more time staying there.
The water was cut off due to a storm and the owners were super nice in bringing us water and ensuring we were comfortable.
Great location with view of Stalker Castle . Large room with excellent bathroom and toiletries. Excellent. breakfast esp. his surprising very tasty fried rice dish. Host Mike was outstanding nothing was too much trouble for him and he recommended and booked places for dinner. Mike is also a great raconteur. Lovely walk to village from the B&B. An extremely enjoyable stay and can highly recommend.
