Set in beautiful surroundings within close proximity to Stratford upon Avon (10minute drive), we had a pleasant stay and were welcomed by our hosts despite being somewhat early. The room was spotless and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely and we'd highly recommend a stay at Larkrise cottage.

Nice rural location on a farm. Close to a road but no issues with traffic noise. Easy access to several local restaurents and pubs as well as Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds. Accomodation great value for money. Large bedroom with comfy bed and TV. Lounge/Kitchen will microwave, oven, toaster, fridge, in fact all you need includind dining tabe and chairs, settee and another TV. Separate bathroom with bath and shower. Good cotinental breakfast delivered to the room to order each day.

Great location. Easy to walk into Stratford. Great rooms. Ours was ensuite. Great living area downstairs for socialising. Would be a fantastic place to stay with a larger group too. Great service, as we were able to check in early at no extra cost.

Lovely clean room and also the rest of the premises. All staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection and quality was very good. Restaurant food very good and reasonably priced for the area. Great selection of real ales.

I have stayed here before, it is perfectly adequate for a one night stay.
Pleasant enough staff.
Good cheap food. even good bread, nice and thick proper bloomer type rather than your usual thin sliced loaf. and portions are plentiful.
There is pretty much everything you need.
The shower was pleasantly straight forward and self explainetry, quick and easy to use, rather than wasting ages trying to figure it out.
Close to convenience store and chip shop, and the lovely little village just a 5 minute walk if you have time to explore.

This place is lovely. Secure motorbike parking. Comfy seating area and kitchen area with everything required. The bedroom and bathroom was lovely and clean.
The owners were really helpful and quick to respond. I couldn't have asked for more. Waitrose and village centre is a 2min walk away but the apt is secluded.
Everything was perfect here. What a beautiful little holiday home. It was extremely comfortable and had everything that was needed. Will definitely be coming back here again. The host was fantastic and did everything she could to help.
