Very spacious with a private garden area to use the hot tub.
The kitchen area allows lots of room to cook with high quality utensils and equipment.
The ensuite in the bedroom is great, with an enclosed shower to stop any unnecessary surplus water on the floor.
The weather was biblical when we were there, but the central heating provides a cosy feel while watching the big wall mounted TV and sinking into the 2 x couches in the living area.
Some of the local takeaways will deliver to the site, as we found the food options at the resident bar quite expensive. But if you want to cook, there is a shop near the entrance that stocks most things and the bigger supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
In summary, this is ideal for couples and families alike.... even if the weather conspires against you !

A lovely spacious cottage in a lovely location. Beds were very comfortable I had the best sleep and the area is quiet. The drive to Betsy-Coed and then onto Snowdonia National Park is breathtaking. Local dog friendly pub does nice food and locals very friendly. A visitor book would be handy with tips from previous guests as we stumbled on the famous 4000 year old yew tree in the village church ground by accident. We used ‘three little words app’ as advised by owners and it took us straight to private path just by the village school.
The overall feel of the cottage was one of warmth and homely. We slept better than ever! The village was charming. Lovely welcome pack!

Beautiful house in a lovely location a short drive from Abergele beach through wonderful clubtryside.. Hosts communications were friendly and attentive and any questions were answered promptly. Swallow cottage is a real gem and we had a lovely meal at the old stag in the village- perfect stay we shall return 😄
Location was idyllic , quiet place near a nice village and few pubs . Near city was 10mn drive . Breakfast was good and plenty. alternative were given and full English breakfast was generous and well cooked .
The Jacuzzi was a hit with my husband and two boys. Lovely holiday home with stunning views. Staff are lovely and at hand to assist if need be and very helpful. We asked for the bbq and it was already there waiting for us when we arrived. Well equipped beautiful holiday home.
The area itself was amazing, a beautiful countryside village with a comfortable accommodation, tasty breakfast own cooked from the property's organic products. Fantastic and very communicative host, would do it again and recommend it to others.
Isolation, relax, enjoyable. Only recommend people who don't mind getting away from village, town and being on a farm. Roughly about 10 minute drive to Colwyn village near a beach
